  Lakshya Software Technologies Pvt. Limited is looking for HR Executive/ Recruiter



Job Description

Qualification: MBA/ BBA Degree or any other relevant qualification.
Work Experience: 0 - 4 Years
Job Location: Vijayawada

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners/ 15 Days

Preferred Qualities:

Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in English, Hindi and preferred South Indian Regional Languages.
Pro-Active & Sound judgement.
Good team player and reporting skills.

Job Responsibilities-

Design and update job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

Advertise job openings on company careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Should analyze the requirements and procure the suitable candidate profiles from various recruitment sources namely data banks, job portals, employee references and advertisements via social networking sites.

Should take care of release of offer, employee documentation and candidate onboarding in Lakshya.
Should coordinate with the recruiting team and resources simultaneously.
