Rankers Solutions Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive

Job Description	We are looking for an experienced candidate with good communication skills. The primary job role would be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services and act on the queries as per the company`s guidelines. Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. Communicate with global or local customers and provide the right response, positively and professionally Your job responsibility is to carry out BPO- Night Shift( Non-Voice), support customer offline and online as required. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Interaction with clients/ on site leads to firm-up requirements. Provide technical support to our clients. Freshers with Excellent Communication skills can also apply. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Any Graduate With relevant experience in international Voice process. You will be trained on our software.
