We are looking for the Technical Support Engineer with excellent communication and good skills into Technical support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

OS Installation and troubleshooting.
Network troubleshooting.
Internet, Wifi connectivity issues.
Server Knowledge (Windows Server), Remote Desktop Configuration

Knowledge on VMware/ hyper v configuration
Mail Configuration & Troubleshooting issues
Software & Hardware Configuration of System
Calling and resolving the issues of clients.
