We have urgent Requirement for Desktop Engineer for Hyderabad Location
Qualification: Any Graduation
Certifications (If Any): MCSE and CCNA
Work Experience : 0-2 Years
Job Responsibilities-
Troubleshoot technology issues.
Install and maintain equipment and software.
Ask questions to pinpoint the problem.
Perform remote troubleshooting.
Help new employees set up their workstations.
Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed.
Train new employees to use a company`s software and apps.
Respond to ad hoc and urgent requests.
Monitor the servers and desktops performance and need be to support when action is required.
Test, install and set up application programs on user workstations.
Test and troubleshot network connections.
Train end users when new software or IT regulations arrive at a company.
