  Collabera: Total Talent Solutions Company is looking for IT Analyst (Technical Support)



Job Description

Candidate should have at least 1-5 years of experience in Technical Support field in Enterprise environment. Must have sound technical knowledge, troubleshooting. Should have very good communication skills

Skills and support experience on following-

* Windows platform in Windows 2000 and Windows XP
* Networking, LAN, WAN, Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment
* Windows Desktop and Server Operating system
* Windows Active Directory
* MS Outlook
* Flexibility to work on 24*7 shifts

Roles and Responsibilities-

* To handle Internal Employees or problem over phone
* Take ownership of all the calls coming into Service Desk
* Periodically updating calls/ employees as required
* Provide timely resolution and effective documentation
* Proactive and logical thinking in resolving problems.

Duration: 12 Months (Contract to Hire)
Shift hours: Rotational Shift
Process: Voice

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or max up to 60 days.
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Candidates who have worked on active directory and are localities from Bangalore and Hyderabad should only apply
