  Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



Candidate should be Graduate with 18+ months of relevant experience in international (TECHNICAL) voice process & overall 18 months of experience is mandatory, Strong communication skills. Prior experience in technical support will give an add on advantage.

Must be Comfortable with Night Shifts.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (L1&L2 support)
Immediate joiners preferred.

Key skills:

Good technical knowledge on IPS, router, modem. Networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, IP address, MAC address, firewall, Should have inbound calling experience.
