Job Description

Any Graduate OR Undergraduate with minimum 1 year of experience in voice or email/ chat process
Should be comfortable with working in 24* 7 environment & in any location of WNS.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Handling 3 chats at a time pertaining to utilities bills for UK customers.
Understanding customer queries and providing resolutions as per the process guidelines.
