  TPF Software (India) Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



Required Skill set:

C, C++ Oops concepts.
Basic of Python.
Basic understanding of Assembler codes while troubleshooting.
Business Intelligence Power Bi, Qlik
Manual and automation testing
Test case creation with a more defect tracking combinations.
Defect tracking and test case management tool - Test Link.
Knowledge in ITIL process.
Support as a product management and Incident management.
Incident management in SNOW environment

Job Responsibility:

Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Resolving network issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
Work with development team in performance analysis of new products and enhancements
Maintain documentations for all support activities including product development, enhancement
Analyse customer suggestions and recommend product revisions
