Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Human Resource/ other with 0 to 3 years of Human Resource Talent acquisition experience within an organization of a multinational company environment. Experience in sourcing candidates through all possible sourcing strategies e.g. social media, networking, cooperation with external partners.

Should have good hands-on personality and experience taking responsibility for the full scope of recruiting activities Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong track record and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Creative, entrepreneurial, open-minded and high passion for technology Highly effective organizational skills as well as strong business and HR acumen Strong influencing and consultative skills combined with problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

This role initially will be on third party payroll, later will be considered on company payroll as per the performance.
