Job Description

Candidate should have BE/ B.Tech/ MCA (Full Time) Degree with 0 to 2 years of experience (Support and Maintenance) Freshers with good knowledge in Microsoft Technologies can also apply

Essential Requirement:

Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of C#, .NET (MVC or Web Forms), MySQL/ SQL Server, HTML, jQuery, and related web concepts & technologies.
Application testing and quality assurance.
Work in collaboration with a team. Self-Learning ability.

Required Skills:

C#, .NET (MVC or Web Forms), MySQL/ SQL Server, HTML, jQuery.
Good analytical and logical skills.
Good communications, interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills.

Role/ Responsibility:

Support applications with technical and customer issues.
Take ownership of customer issues reported and troubleshoot to find the solution.
Ensuring timely and accurate response to customer issues.
Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
Interact with customers as and when required.

Hiring for US Client for the position of Technical support and maintenance of web applications (.Net, C#, SQL)
Shift : Day Shift (8.00 AM - 4.30 PM)
CTC Budget : Depends on experience and knowledge
