  CIK Telecom Center Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Representative



Job Description



Candidate should have Diploma or Bachelor`s Degree, and Major is related to Computer science or Networking. Understanding the DSL Technology and being familiar with Modem/ Router connections. Ability to read/ speak/ write English fluently and no accent issues for communication. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to use the basic DOS Command for network troubleshooting.
Ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Fast learner and always willing to follow up on the request from Management.
Backgrounds of networking troubleshoot.
Working experience in Networking/ VOIP Service/ IPTV.
Ability to troubleshoot with DSL Modem/ Dual Band wifi Router Setup and configuration.

Optional Skills:

Technical Engineer/Senior Level Technician of Network systems/popular VOIP Systems Such as Avaya Phone System or Jadoo TV System support.
Certificate of: CCNA or CCNP.

Requirements:

Candidate should be flexible for 24*7.
Knowledge about the principles of customer handling.
Proper phone etiquette.
Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in typing speed and grammar.
Position requires the use of headset and candidates should be open for the same.

Shift Timings: 5:30pm to 2:30am, 09:30pm to 6:30am & 2:30am to 11:30am.
Working Days- 5 days

Requirements:

System configuration: Minimum 4 GB RAM with intel core processor.
Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps with the feasibility of Ethernet Cable.
Head Phone: USB headphones with MIC
Power back up / inverter.
