Job Description



We are hiring for customer Support/ Technical Support Associate- (Voice Process) at Concentrix

Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate (10+2/10+3 is the minimum qualification)
Work Experience - Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support

Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail
Excellent English communication ( Both Oral & Written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor
Adaptability / Flexibility on shifts, Ownership and initiative
Being Active & Energetic

Work Shifts/ Hours: 24/ 7 shifts, 5 days working ( Rotational WEEK OFF)
Domain: Tech Support Voice

Job Responsibilities:

To provide best in class Customer/Technical support to customers over Phone.
Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution.
Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust
knowledge base which can be referred in the future.
Documenting all troubleshooting performed on the call in client SAP CRM

Salary and Benefits:
Upto 4 .5 Lakhs per annum
