Job Description

YOptima is seeking a passionate self-starter to run the HR function. Multi-tasking, driving decisions in a dynamic environment, solving complex business problems to help scale heights, full ownership to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement, handling end-to-end HR Ops are the key aspects to this role. This is an opportunity to combine your strategic thinking, resourcefulness, as well as growth hacking, solutioning, storytelling and networking skills to drive significant business impact.

We are looking for a smart, empathetic and energetic HR professional to manage end-to-end responsibilities in HR & Admin.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with the management to hire, retain and develop talent.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Assess training and development needs and develop and monitor training programs.
Conduct quarterly reviews and collaborate with senior management for performance reviews.
Develop and identify appropriate sourcing channels.
Run activities for employee engagement and recreation.
Vendor Management
Office Administration

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
4-6 years of relevant work experience in the HR function.
Energetic and self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team.
Stellar communication skills.
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced startup environment.
