We have an opportunity for `Associate-HR` positions in our organization.
Education Qualification: Graduate with MBA -HR is mandatory
Years of Experience: 0-2 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
Good knowledge on end to end Recruitment
Initial Sourcing & Screening of resumes for suitable positions
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites
Well versed with Job portals such as Naukri/ Monster/ LinkedIn Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Co-ordination with the team & updating review trackers, dashboards & recruitment related documents
Notice Period: Immediate
