Candidate must have solid understanding of object-oriented programming
Familiar with various design patterns
Skill for writing reusable Java libraries
A knack for writing clean, readable Java code

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle
Very good logical thinking and quick at learning and exploring new frameworks
Strong background culture of delivering projects with First time right and Zero defects
Should have ability to review other team member code
