Required Skills-
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Basic Knowledge related to technical and IT
Proficiency in Windows.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities-
The primary job role would be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services and act on the queries as per the company`s guidelines.
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Identifying hardware and software solutions.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Installing and configuring hardware and software.
Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Testing and evaluating new technologies.
