Job Description	We are looking for an HR Intern to assist us in end to end recruitment activities. Candidate should have a Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree in Human Resources Should have good experience/ Knowledge in recruitment life cycle Strong verbal and written communication skills Good decision making, Attention to details Up To date with market trends in recruitment Knowledge to conduct different types of interviews Willing to join as soon as possible Roles & Responsibilities- Source and screen potential Tech and Non-Tech candidates for intern,fresher and experienced level openings Posting job openings on the portals to increase the pool of candidates. Scheduling interviews and taking feedbacks Should be able to do recruitment from different sources Prior recruitment understanding will be a plus Should be comfortable using Applicant Tracking System
