Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 4 Years of experience in technical support, International voice process
Any Technical Graduate fresher may apply for Gurugram location.
Should be comfortable with US shifts timings/24*7
Excellent communication skills

Good Troubleshooting Knowledge Network Troubleshooting
Windows OS / Software Installation, password reset
Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly
Troubleshooting of desktop/ laptop and gadgets
Email configuration

Immediate Joiner Preferred or who can join us in a weeks time.
