Job Description	We are currently looking for freshers to be groomed as future leaders. All you need is a graduation degree, excellent communication and comprehension skills and a never-say-die attitude. Candidates with experience in other industries and desirous of making a career in HR field with specialization in Talent Acquisition may also apply. No Previous Experience Required. If selected, you will undergo a one-month on-the-job training, the candidates will receive a handsome stipend during the one month on-the-job training period. After successful completion of training, the candidates will be appointed as Talent Acquisition Executives on the company payrolls. On Appointment you will be eligible for: Attractive starting salary (Equivalent to salary of experienced candidates in the industry) Fast Track career path (Rise to management cadre within 1.5 years) Opportunity to earn incentives (Most lucrative incentives in the industry) Employee Benefit plans ( PF, ESIC, Medical Insurance) Extended week-offs on alternate Saturdays.
