Job Description
|
Candidate should be Any Graduate/ Post Graduate in IT / Computers with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Networking engineer is preferred. Good understanding of computer systems and other hardware products. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Must have excellent problem solving and communication skills
Good typing speed with accuracy (minimum - 27wpm)
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Reasonable knowledge of English and Hindi
Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
Roles and Responsibilities-
Setting up & maintenance of website domain name and hosting
Web server setup and Maintenance
Server security and troubleshooting
Accounting Software setup and registration
Digital Signature registration & management
Technical support to client regarding emails, domain and hosting accounts
Basic Knowledge of html, Php etc.
