  OneSoft Systems Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with good communication skills (English, Hindi). Must also possess a genuine hunger to help, support and work with multiple stakeholders and systems, from the ground up and scale it, so be ready to roll-up your sleeves!. Should have excellent team-building, management abilities and technical knowledge, as well as exceptional communication, relationship and problem-solving skills.

Primary responsibilities are level 1 troubleshooting of technical problems clients may encounter using our Application, diagnosing and resolving client reported issues and advise our customer. Provide top quality technical support, troubleshooting of IT networks and communications systems, including associated applications.
