Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 2 to 7 years of experience in General Administration, Housekeeping, Office Management, Front Office Operations and Office Coordination. Must have excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

General office management (purchase of Stationery)
Data entry in system
Maintaining Visitors record
Maintaining inward register

Handling Delivery Boys & Housekeeping Staff
Assigning delivery tasks to concern delivery person
Checking claims of Delivery staff
Maintianing ESSL (attendance system)
Maintaining Fixed assest register
Outstanding Follow up
