  SCS Tech India Private Limited is looking for Admin/ Front Desk Executive



Job Description

Qualification Qualification: Any Graduate with good communication skills.
Experience : 1 or 2 years worked in a company
Freshers can also apply

Preferably - Only Female Candidates Apply

Job Responsibilities-

Greeting all visitors, Answer and direct phone calls in a polite manner
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Maintain the general office filing system
Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture etc
Performing ad-hoc administration duties
Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities

Perks and Benefits-

2nd and 4th Saturday off
1st and 3rd Saturday work from home
