Job Description

It is an associate level profile (Minimum 6 months of experience is required) It is a help desk role/ voice profile which includes 70-80 calls on average.
It will be the point of contact to solve the queries (If the billing machine/ Swiping machine/any connectivity issues) raise by the Tesco Colleagues who are working in Tesco Stores, and also will provide them the basic troubleshooting to run the work smoothly. It is a 5 Days working and 2 days of week off.
We welcome Undergraduate/ Graduate as well (B.Com/ B.Tech/ BBA/ Any Graduate or Under Graduate are good to go)
Immediate Joiner.
Selection Process- Only one round of Interview with the HR/ Hiring Manager.
