Job Description	Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline / MBA in HR, with 3+ years of experience preferably from retail industry. Personal Skills- Conscientious. Immaculate work ethics, pleasing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have an eye for detail, flair for documentation, clarity in recording and presenting information. Should have leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to drive new initiatives and develop team spirit. Creative thinking with a desire to simplify work. Professional Skills- Presence of mind, good with numbers, process oriented, structure in doing things, customer sensitivity. Analytical approach to work. Good time management and ability to prioritize. Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working and integral relationships. Functional Skills- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & Power point), accounting software (tally 9 or equivalent). Proactive and disciplined in mail correspondence. Good file management and documentation skills. Exposure in dealings with job portals and job postings. Should be very adept in people management and mentoring skills.
