  UFO Moviez India Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Support Engineer to join our Support Operations team. In this role, you will handle escalated support tickets, conduct in-depth diagnostics, and play a critical role in deploying software on our self-ordering kiosks at client locations.

Qualifications & Skills-

Bachelor`s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in technical support or software deployment roles.
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/ Linux), basic networking, and system logs.
Experience working with remote desktop tools, log analyzers, or support ticketing systems.
Exposure to software deployment processes and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently.
Strong documentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Key Responsibilities-

Respond to and resolve L2 support tickets escalated by the L1 team.
Analyze application logs, system logs, and configuration data to diagnose issues.
Collaborate with engineering or QA teams when deeper issue analysis is required.
Coordinate and execute software deployments on kiosk devices for client go-lives.
Ensure deployment configurations are tested and validated pre- and post-deployment.
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and deployment activities in the support system.
Provide guidance and support to L1 support staff as needed.
Follow internal SLA timelines and escalate risks proactively.
Participate in deployment planning calls with project teams and clients.
Continuously improve internal tools, support processes, and deployment workflows.
