  FirstSource Solutions Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems
Patience and customer-focused attitude.

As a Technical Support Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer support and technical assistance to clients or end-users facing issues with products or services. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help, and your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving technical issues efficiently. The position involves a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
