  Atom Technologies Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be BE/ B-Tech/ ME/ M-Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication/ MBA from a reputed institute

IELTS Academic Overall 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in Writing
Experience in Log Analysis
Fundamentals of Java, Linux command, SQL

Excellent at Root Cause Analysis eg 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Analysis
Proficient in professional documentation/ visualisation with MS Word, PowerPoint, UML Modeling, and any preferable tools
Proficient in Logical/Framework thinking, eg 5W, 5 Why, Pyramid Structure
Good at fact-based hypothesis thinking as well as impact analysis

Preferred Qualifications-

ITIL Foundation and above
Leadership responsibilities: Not Required
Project management/ coordination: Not Required
Strategic role elements: No
