  Blancco Diagnostics India Pvt. Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be Graduate Engineer BE, B-Tech, BSc-IT, MCA or equivalents (Computer Science/ IT graduates only) with 0 to 3 years In IT/ ITES technical support at L1/ L2 level. Prior experience in communicating with Customers from European/American regions preferred.

Technical Skills:

Linux OS System Administration (mandatory)
Networking - CCNA preferred
Database Administration MySQL
Possess expertise and special knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.

Applicants must demonstrate:

Outstanding Communication skills and active listening . (this position requires applicants to have excellent English language skills)
Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, English fluency is MUST. Listening ability and patience.
Extraordinary customer service and relationship management
Stake -holder management , provide support to internal/external customers, Empathy with users, Acceptance of ownership
Critical thinking skills (Support roles are often responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.)
