Job Description

The position is open with one of our leading Client for IT Service Desk Engineer/ Technical Support (International Voice Process Experience)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ PERSONALITY TRAITS:

To provide First level solution for Incidents, Service Requests for the End User queries via Avaya call, web tool and mailing/chat system within the agreed service level and defined guidelines.
Record all End user transactions in Remedy ticketing tool.
To Maintain SLA/KPIs for self.
To enhance Customer Satisfaction by providing quality deliverables
Escalate issues to Leads (if unable to resolve, solutions not in database, new issues, unhappy End User, complaint, Demanding End User)

Contribution to knowledge management by updating/ creating the knowledge articles
Adherence to security and compliance requirements
Adherence to communication etiquettes
Quality Should adhere to the basic guidelines laid down for the ticket/soft skills quality feedbacks provided by Leads/ Coaches
Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions
Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Innovation plans (CII)
Notify SMEs/Shift Leads in case of any challenges in the process.
Participate in Shift Huddles on daily basis and discuss technical/Process updates.
Participate in all organizational events and knowledge sharing forums
Adherence to Organizational policies and processes
International Technical Voice Process Experience must

Voice Process - Excellent Communication Skills
Currently Work From Home - Due To Pandemic Later It Can Be Work From Office As Well

Contract Duration - 6 Months - 1 Year
Notice Period - Immediate or Max 15 Days
Shift Timings - 24 * 7

Experience- 8 Months to 9 Years

Salary Bracket :

+1 Years Exp- 22.5 Gross - 16500 Take home
+2 Years Exp- 35 K Gross- 29 K Take home
+3 Years Exp- 46.5 K Gross-41 K Take home
