  ANI Technologies Private Limited (Olacabs) is looking for Software Testing Engineer



Job Description

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
Work Experience: 2+ Years in Automation Testing

Key Competencies:

Should be able to code in any one programming language prefer Java
Excellent problem solving, Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Ability to test micro-services effectively by using Postman, stubs and building necessary test frameworks.

Should have excellent debugging skills.
Able to debug just with logs and minimal information pertaining to the issue
Excellent knowledge about asynchronous systems, distributed systems
Detailed understanding about databases, cache, queues, and proxies.

Ability to debug the root cause of issues with logs and also recommend logging in the system.
Ability to understand the performance bottlenecks in the systems.
Self-motivated, goal oriented and willing to work as a team to meet the team and individual goals on time.

Role & Responsibility-

Responsible for creating scalable, maintainable and distributed test frameworks/tools for continuous integration.
Responsible for scripting, evaluating, testing the performance and load of the applications
Ability to test micro-services effectively by using Postman, stubs and building necessary test frameworks.

This role requires somebody who has expertise in web services/ API
Responsible for driving test analysis through test suite code coverage and data analysis
Responsible for interacting with automation engineers to fix issues on test framework and enhancing the framework to support requested features
Responsible for diagnosing complex production issues, debugging and RCA.
