Job Description

Tech Mahindra Limited is hiring HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Associate (Pune/ Nagpur)

Candidate should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal. Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.

Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.

Should have minimum 1 to 3 Years Experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Bulk Hiring experience is a must
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
