Job Description

HCL Technologies is hiring fresher and experienced professionals.

Candidate should be Any Graduate with excellent English communication skills, (both written and verbal)
Previous experience in E-mail and Chat support preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
Provide e-mail and chat support for issues raised by publishers.
Issues can be related to ad serving/ reporting/ ad delivery/ page implementation /creative development.

Work Location - Hyderabad
Notice period - Immediate Joiner
