Job Description
Candidate must have strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) Proficiency in test case creation, execution, and defect reporting Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) Knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation Understanding of API testing (Postman, Swagger) is a plus Basic knowledge of automation tools is an advantage Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Responsibilities-
Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Perform functional, regression, system, integration testing Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and identify potential defects early in the development cycle Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues Ensure compliance with software quality standards and best practices Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and reports Support end-users during UAT by providing test data and guidance Foster collaboration with team members to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments Strong understanding of the product features, functionalities
Ability to articulate product features and conduct demonstrations Recommending the product enhancements required to meet changing customer needs Addressing the customers concerns and complaints in a timely manner Staying updated with product knowledge relating to the product Maintaining the documentation for all information and activities related to the product Creating and managing a product roadmap and timeline Applying subject expertise in evaluating business logics and processes Ability to perform test execution for the implemented product Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements
