  QueueBuster | POS Billing Software is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Education/ Experience-

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Proven work experience of 0-2 years as an application support/ technical support role
Ability to solve complex application/ software issues
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities-

Responsible to merchant s support queries
Support on email/ phone calls/ google meets to give clients quick answers
Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues
Providing product tech demonstration to the merchants
Installing and configuring merchant s POS device
Merchant On-boarding, product online training.
Ability to work in 24*7 support environment
Willing to travel to client side for troubleshooting, if needed
