  Mazeweb Technologies Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience working in the web hosting industry. Must have in-depth experience with cPanel & Plesk control panels. Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems. Experience with Windows and Linux systems is must. Should have great oral and written communication skills.

Candidate would be responsible for Providing Telephonic support to the web hosting clients and reply to the support tickets raised for various technical issues related to web hosting, email hosting and databases. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring, managing and automating our infrastructure along with system administration tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

Configure and maintain a wide variety of Linux/ Window systems
Troubleshooting IPv4/ IPv6, DNS, FTP, HTTP, hardware, and connectivity issues
Communicate with IDC NOC team to troubleshoot any issues with connectivity or systems.

Handle escalations for the customer and internal issues and resolve them in a timely manner
Monitor hardware, applications, and network status and proactively resolve issues
Installing and troubleshooting operating systems through remote consoles (IPMI, KVM)
