Technical Support Engineer   




  Inventiz Enterprises Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Equivalent
Good knowledge of SQL and Excel. (SQL Joins, Subquery, Constraints, Excel)
Good problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (24/7)

Roles and Responsibilities-

Execute daily and weekly data analysis reports for customers
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
Study, diagnose, troubleshoot, and recognize solutions to solve customer issues
Follow standard methods for proper escalation of unsolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

Job Location: Vijayawada, Hyderabad/ Secunderabad (WFH during Covid)

Perks and Benefits

For Freshers:

Upon selection, the candidates will undergo a training (or probation) for a period of 6 months. During this period, a consolidated stipend of 8,000 will be paid.

After completion of 6 months, based on performance employment will be confirmed. Upon confirmation, salary package will be 1.80 Lakhs per year (Rs. 15,000/- per month).

For Experienced Candidates:
Commensurate with skills and abilities.
