  ATPI India Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



We are currently seeking Technical Support Executive. Candidates must have strong understanding of technical support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and resolving technical queries.

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate
Work Experience: 0 to 2 years
Shift: Morning/ Day shift
Location: Nahur (WFO)

Job Responsibility:

Resolve day to day users queries on Manage Engine Service Desk portal.
To provide support and assistance to both Local and Global users via email, Teams message or call.
To work on different project assign by HOD.
Admin work of Visma Support team.
Assist to align client data across different systems like Discovery, MIS, and CRM.
Complete periodic tasks assigned.
General system maintenance updates.
Test all products/ new system updates prior to deployment.
Create new process related documents for both users and Visma Support team.
Conduct online and offline training sessions for beginners as well as for existing staff.
Liaise with Visma Developers as in when required.
Follow with the local offices / finance managers about the required data.

Key Competencies:

Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
Able to use own initiative and think logically when reviewing system and whilst solving users` queries.
Good written communication skills.
Proficient in VISMA suite products.
Good MS Office applications knowledge.
Should be good in grasping system knowledge and focused
