Java Developer/ Technical Lead   




  HCLTech Limited (HCL Technologies) is looking for Java Developer/ Technical Lead



Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical field with 5 to 10 years of experience in Java 8 , Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices. Experience with J2EE technologies, JDBC, ORM, Hibernate, JAXB , XML,XSD, SOAP services, REST services. Experience with technologies/ tools/ principles like Oauth2 principles, JWT, API Security, Redis cache, AWS S3, Logback, Spring Cloud Config Server, GraphQL etc.

Excellent understanding of OOPs principles, Java Design Patterns, Multithreading, Serialization etc.
Experience with agile development methodologies, Devops tools, Jira , Postman, SOAP UI.
Should have experience with SQL like Oracle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have Experience with Junit testing and Mockito framework.
NoSQL databases like Cassandra, Couchase or similar DBs.
Good understanding of Microservices Architechtural Patterns.
Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, Git, CI/ CD, any Cloud (AWS Preferred)

Key Responsibilities-

(1) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
(2) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

(3) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
(4) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
