Job Description	Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in IT recruitment Must have excellent communication skills. Assisting the recruitment team in following areas : -Screening resumes. -Sourcing resumes from job portal (Specifically Naukri and Linkedin) -Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates -Administering appropriate company assessments -Performing reference and background checks -Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers -Following up on the interview process status -Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are -achieved Job Location : Bangalore (Candidates open to relocate can apply)
