Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dotnet Developer with 4-6 years of expertise in .Net Core, C#, and ASP .NET. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in large-scale application development and maintenance, possess excellent communication skills (in Hindi at least) for effective client interaction, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.

Candidate Attributes:

Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in .Net Core, C#, and ASP.NET development.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining large-scale applications.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English for client interaction.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when necessary.
Adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and information security policies.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and frameworks.
Proven track record of completing tasks from inception to deployment within established timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Good to have:

Knowledge of Angular JS.
Familiarity with Python.
Understanding of one or more RDBMS like PostgreSQL and other NoSQL databases such as Mongo or Dynamo DB.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) and deployment.
Proficiency in using CI-CD pipelines, including Docker.
Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand problem statements in functional terms and translate them into technical requirements.
Develop and maintain large-scale applications using .Net Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
Utilize skills in SQL Server, including Store Procedures, Indexes, Views, and Query Optimisations.
Apply design/architectural patterns, such as Model-View-Controller (MVC).
Work with Entity Framework and write efficient LINQ queries.
Familiarity with architecture styles/ APIs (REST, RPC).
Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Implement object-oriented programming principles to enhance code quality.
Write reusable libraries and follow code versioning best practices using GIT.
