CodeBios Technologies Private Limited is looking for Digital Marketing and HR Executive

Job Description	We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR cum Digital Marketing Executive to assist our organization with administrative and HR-related tasks. Responsibilities include updating employee absence records, filing HR documents accordingly, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies. You should also be able to draft employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes. Your main job will be to attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Experience/ Prerequisites: Screening potential employees` resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. Planning of company events. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns Oversee a social media strategy Manage and maintain the organizations website(s) Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports Fix any errors or bugs in online content Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing Desired Candidate Profile: Good oral and written communication skills. Punctual, right attitude, keen to learn new technologies. Strong programming skills, problem-solving and analytical skills. Willing to work in a challenging environment. Excellent Communication Skill. Excellent Analysis Skills. Requirements: Any Master Degree preferably MBA in HR and Marketing Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
