Job Description



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, answering product-related queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Handle technical queries from customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products/services.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Utilize knowledge base and internal resources to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets.

Requirements:

- Any Technical Graduates.
- Strong technical knowledge of [specific technologies or products].
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
