Job Description



Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA - HR with 3 to 7 years of strong experience in Human Resource Management, HR Administration, Training, Performance Management, Payroll Processing, Recruitment and Organizational Development. Must have excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment:

Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
Comfortable in handling Permanent positions, Contract, and Contract to hire.
Thorough knowledge of sourcing strategies and tactics.
Good communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of management.
Recruiting a right person at the right position at the right time.

Manpower Planning:

Forecasting future manpower requirements in terms of mathematical projections or based upon specific future plans of the organization.
Inventorying present manpower resources and analyzing the degree to which these resources are employed optimally.
Anticipating manpower problems by projecting present resources into the future and comparing them with the forecast of requirements to determine their adequacy.
Planning the necessary programmes of recruitment, selection, training, development and motivation of employees.

Employee Relations / Welfare activities:

Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.
Negotiating and amicably settling internal disputes within the organization and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment in the organization.
Implementing disciplinary standards for minimizing violations of rules & regulations.
Designing and implementing processes to effectively address employee`s issues and drive motivational activities.
Motivating the staff by developing the team spirit among the employees.
