  ProArch IT Solutions Private Limited is looking for Manual Testing Engineer



Job Description

ProArch is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Manual Tester to enhance our quality assurance team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive testing experience to ensure the functionality and performance of our software applications. You will work closely with various teams to create and execute test plans, report issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Requirements-

6+ years of experience in manual testing with a strong focus on quality assurance.
Proven experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with testing web and mobile applications.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document defects effectively.
Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work within a team environment.
Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Job Responsibilities-

Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases based on product specifications.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
Collaborate effectively with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development process.
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers on best practices in manual testing.
Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement reviews and sprint planning.
