Job Description

Requirements - Excellent communication and basic technical knowledge.
Qualification -HSC/Graduates (NO PURSUING CANDIDATES ARE ELIGIBLE)
Cab facility - one way cab (within 25kms boundary)

Role & Responsibilities:

Responding to Customer Inquiries
Problem Solving
Documentation and Reporting
Customer Education
Feedback Collection

Graduates/ Undergraduates are eligible (candidates with technical backgrounds are preferred )
Freshers/ Experienced both can apply
Excellent ENGLISH communication skills
Candidate should be comfortable with night shift

Process - Blended
Location - Kolkata

Shift - Rotational shift/US shift majorly night shifts, 5 days WFO, 2 rotational week offs
Notice Period - Immediate
