Job Description	Candidate should have familiarity with some HRMS tool Basic knowledge of all HR processes Must have strong analytical skills Ability to prioritize, manage and handle multiple tasks Detail-oriented with effective communication skills Effective time management skills Roles and Responsibilities- Coordinating new hire orientation Update new joiners and resignations in HRIS and HRMS Initiate and complete reference check and BGV for new joiners Collecting statutory documents like PAN, PF, bank documents Preparing employment letters Administering surveys for new employees Maintaining HR Dashboard including joining and resignation pipeline Collaborate with HRBPs on social media branding Generate reports on HR processes
