  Paracoat Products Limited is looking for HR Executive



Job Description

Desired candidate should be a person with 4 to 5 years of experience of working as Generalist HR. Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities. Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Collaborate with appropriate stake holders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration,.

Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position.

Email followup from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management HR Executive. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Preparing various HR MIS
Should have Working knowledge of HRIS
Willing to travel to Bhiwadi twice a week.
