Job Description



We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for our software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria-

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. BSc (CS/IT)/ BCA, B-Tech/B. E (IT/Computer).
Any Certification in database administration, Cloud management, Windows server, and ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
Basic knowledge of SQL Queries.
Familiarity with various operating systems, databases, and software applications.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Application Support & Troubleshooting
Serve as the first point of contact for software application issues via email, phone, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, working closely with Onsite team/client to understand their concerns.
Maintain documentation of support issues, solutions, and user feedback to enhance knowledge base.
Collaborate with the development team to report bugs, gather user requirements, and assist in testing new features.
Conduct training sessions for Onsite on software functionalities and best practices.
Monitor application performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on software releases and patches to ensure all systems are current and secure.
Assist in creating and updating documents and training materials.
Provide the resolution or workaround to client with consultation with the onsite team lead and support team.
Timely update to the client of the pending issue and their status.
Willing on work on shift
