Job Description

The Senior Manual QA Tester is responsible for performing high-quality testing on Salesforce and NetSuite applications to assess system/process quality and develop low-code automated tests to reduce testing efforts while improving delivery velocity. This role is part of the QA team, working closely with application developers, business analysts, and infrastructure engineers throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle to ensure systems meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.

We re looking for a teammate with the following minimum qualifications:

Education: Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Certification: Software Quality Assurance Certification from an industry-recognized organization.

Minimum of 7-10 years in Software Testing and relevant Quality Assurance (QA) technical experience.
CRM Testing: Testing experience with cloud-based applications like Salesforce, particularly focused on Sales, Services processes, would be essential.
End-to-End Testing: Experience with end-to-end testing of multiple complex systems to ensure seamless integration.
Functional Test Design: Ability to translate business requirements into both positive and negative functional tests.
ERP Testing : Experience in Finance, Quote to Cash, Record to Report process on ERP solutions like NetSuite is highly beneficial.
Test Design & Execution: Strong experience in developing test scenarios and test scripts using industry-standard design techniques.

Test Life Cycle & SDLC: Solid understanding of all stages of the Test Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Agile & Scrum: A deep understanding of Agile practices and experience working within a Scrum environment.
Salesforce & NetSuite: Proven work experience with Salesforce and NetSuite, with an understanding of both CRM and ERP processes such as Quote to Cash, Services, Sales, Marketing and Revenue to Report.

QA Tools & Tracking: Familiarity with QA tools and bug tracking systems like JIRA and Zephyr Scale.
Excellence in Customer Satisfaction: A passion for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality, and reliability.
Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team, interact effectively with all departments, and maintain proactive communication.
Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information to both IT personnel and business stakeholders.
